Steve got his start at Nashville Rubber & Gasket in 1969. In 1989, Steve Maddux Sr. moved from Nashville Rubber & Gasket to Knoxville Rubber & Gasket. Steve wanted a new challenge and wanted to help KRAG grow. During Steve’s time at Nashville Rubber & Gasket, from 1969 until 1989, he was able to help the company grow from 4 employees in the shop to 55 when he left.
